DC & Hooks, aka Zeds Dead have been killing it all over the world recently. These two first got together in 2004, creating Mass Productions focusing on hip hop. Their new collaboration Zeds Dead, formed in 2009, caught my attention in 2010 with their remixes of “Gimme Shelter” by The Rolling Stones and “The Pretender” by the Foo Fighters. The special guest appearance on Plastician‘s time slot on Rinse FM was a massive live set of their spectacular songs and remixes, aside from the last track by Dillon Francis. They take you on a rollercoaster of different genres from house to dubstep from beginning to end. Mark your calendars for October 8th at Best Buy Theater in New York City alongside Mt.Eden!
