In the midst of their busiest and most energetic summer yet, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong continues their momentum with the release of a jam-packed first string of late summer/fall tour dates. The high-energy psychedelic funk quartet is set to tour extensively up and down the East Coast and further West, making festival stops at Catskill Chill, The Werk Out, Camp Barefoot, A Bear’s Picnic, Stir Fry, and Pink Moon, among others.
Making a stop with Zoogma in Morgantown, WV this week, followed by Camp Barefoot (see list of full dates below), the Baltimore-based group will re-visit their loyal fans throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, while making their debut in Columbus, OH, Athens, OH, and High Point, NC.
Pigeons is also currently working on their first studio release since Funk E P (2010), which aims to encapsulate their ever-evolving live sound into a fluid, full-length studio album.
