About Us

“From a life in which every aspect of the day is a radical act of poetry and community emerges — if we are lucky — a documentation of that very life.” Find it at LostinSound.org

Lost in Sound, LLC is devoted to the continuing education of a heady public following the evolution of sound. Focusing on the synthesis of organic instrumentation and electronic ingenuity, we document the growing community surrounding this fusion, operating on the principles of gonzo journalism. We feature free MP3 downloads/streaming, artist spotlights and interviews, album reviews, concert & festival coverage, exclusive releases, multimedia (videography, photography, live recordings) and a diverse community of contributors reporting from across the country. We spread the spirit of community with our installation renegade-rage-stage, THE DOME. Hosting live music, stellar projections, poetry and art, The Dome has been a prominent component of festivals such as Camp BIsco, The Big Up, Magnetic Gathering, and Desiderata. Connect with us to discover new music and like-minded people from all over the world!

Lost in Sound welcomes all those who wish to share their experiences with music. If you’d like to contribute a show or festival review, concert photography, gonzo journey, etc., send it to us and we’ll review it for publication. *DISCLAIMER:

LostinSound.org is intended to spread knowledge and give good music the exposure it deserves. This community is filled with a ton of backs, and they all could use some scratching. We ask that if you enjoy what you read about, hear, listen to, or observe, please support the artist full circle. You can do this by attending their live shows, purchasing their merch, buying their music, or joining a street team. LiS does not condone copyright infringement and everything we post is for promotional purposes. If you are an artist who has an original piece on our site that you would like us to remove, please email LostinSound.org@gmail.com and we will immediately fulfill your request.
